Overview

I've worked on over a hundred presentations that range from investor decks in preparation for an IPO, quarterly earnings presentations, Town Halls, speaking engagements, internal events, and sales collateral. Due to the confidential nature of the presentation contents, the majority of the visual examples below are cover slides only, but details on my involvement are below.

Presentations at PENN Entertainment

At PENN Entertainment, I was the go-to designer to assist the Head of Design and VP of Product Design with designs for internal program presentations to the executive team and quarterly earnings presentations. I was available to support any presentation needs, including urgent requests to make complex concepts more clear and digestible in a short amount of time.

I assisted with the design of slides and screen mocks for quarterly earnings presentations, like this example from the Q2 2025 Quarterly Earnings Presentation that showcases product enhancements across PENN's ESPN BET and Hollywood Casino apps. I also designed PENN-branded sports themes for presentations like the March Madness 2025 Runbook, and polished all content throughout. I partnered with marketing leaders on this deck to redesign flowcharts and calendars for clarity and legibility.

When a need for internal guidelines for ESPN BET came up, I partnered with a UX Writer on my team to create the ESPN BET Brand Voice Guidelines, a resource to ensure consistency across the org when writing and designing for the ESPN BET product. I created an interactive deck that included a clickable table of contents, navigation buttons, and Do's and Don'ts visuals to help teams easily understand the guidelines.

I also created internal presentations for events like the Design Town Hall, CORE Town Hall, and Design Hackathon. For Town Halls, I partnered with managers to gather content and prepare the structure of the presentations. In the CORE Town Hall example, I had recently designed a team logo for CORE and wanted to build out a theme for their first Town Hall. I created a template complete with a cover slide, divider slides, pre-designed layouts with easy customization, and a full icon set.

For the Design Hackathon, I collaborated with the Manager of Design Ops and a Senior Product Designer to create an identity we could build the presentations, FigJam and Slack announcements around. The Hackathon was centered around Figma Make in partnership with Figma, so I incorporated Figma Make's logo and Figma's branding colors. Many participants shared positive feedback on the presentation materials and used the template for their pitches.

Presentations at Ibotta

During my three years at Ibotta, I owned all executive support projects, which included many presentations ranging from investor materials, speaking engagements, internal Town Halls and more. I am most proud of the investor presentation I prepared ahead of Ibotta's IPO - you can read about that project in more detail here.

The CEO and I also worked together on quarterly themed Town Hall presentations to ensure 800+ employees were informed and engaged in the company's mission. I partnered with other leaders across the org to gather information for these presentations, which were often ~100 slides total. To ensure the presentations ran smoothly, I coordinated dry runs with the speakers where I made on-the-fly edits to animations, and created a run of show so that all speakers were aware of the timing for each section.

I approached these presentations as a strategic thought partner with the goal of strong visual storytelling, creating graphic concepts from whiteboard drawings, designing snazzy data visuals from financials and analytics, and ensuring each presentation's theme was a clear, visible thread beginning to end.

I also worked 1-on-1 with the CEO on the design for presentations for his speaking engagements at Denver Startup Week and Teamworthy Ventures CEO Conference. Together we fine-tuned the story he wanted to tell, reworked verbiage and copy, and built out diagrams to showcase more complex concepts. I spent time designing and iterating on slide graphics to bring his vision and message to life on screen for the audience, often with engaging animations.

I've also created sales collateral decks, in which I partnered with stakeholders from the Sales, Sales Enablement, and Marketing teams to create materials to help our sales team succeed. This involved easily digestible tables, personalized charts to showcase data to clients, and editable presentation templates, empowering the sales team to make their own changes where possible.
