Presentation Slides
Project details
In my time employed at Ibotta, I worked on over a hundred presentations spanning from investor decks in preparation for the IPO, quarterly Town Halls, speaking engagements for the CEO, internal events, and sales collateral. Due to the confidential nature of the presentation contents, only the cover slides are shown, but details on the process for each type of work are below.
I worked 1-on-1 with the CEO on the design for presentations for Denver Startup Week and Teamworthy Ventures CEO Conference, helping bring his visions and messages to life on screen in front of large audiences. The CEO and I also worked together quarterly on themed company Town Hall presentations via Zoom, making sure every detail was right. I often partnered with other company leaders and stakeholders across the org to gather the necessary information for these presentations, and helped coordinate the dry runs where I made on-the-fly edits to animations and timing to help the presentation run smoothly on the big day. These presentations were key in keeping over 800+ employees informed and engaged in the company's mission. I approached these projects as a strategic thought partner with the goal of strong visual storytelling, creating graphic concepts out of note docs, designing snazzy data visualization from financials and analytics, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
Sales collateral presentations were another responsibility of mine, in which I partnered with stakeholders from the Sales, Sales Enablement, and Marketing teams to create materials to help our sales team succeed. This also involved creating editable presentation templates, empowering the sales team to make their own changes where possible.
Lastly, with any spare time, I often volunteered to create internal presentations for events like the Ibotta Hackathon, HR training materials, and slideshows for in-office screens celebrating birthdays and anniversaries.
