For this project, I partnered with the Art Director to design a 100+ page floorplan booklet for Park Central Raleigh Apartments on an urgent deadline. The client only had low quality, flattened images of the floorplans and wanted a more clean, high quality look so I assisted with communicating with a third party vendor to recreate the floorplans, ensuring accuracy and a format the AD and I could work with. While waiting on the floorplan files, I created a booklet layout in InDesign using master pages, making the process of labeling of all of the floorplans and dropping in the images as efficient as possible to ensure we'd meet the client's deadline. 

 

Once the floorplan drawings were delivered, I went in and manually colored the walls to give the floorplans some life before putting them into the booklet file. I took extra care in organizing all the pages and ensured all the ADA floorplans were correctly labeled. Finally, I packaged the files for press in the format the printer requested. The client was incredibly happy with the final product and used this booklet until they later moved from 2D floorplans to 3D floorplans.
